Versatile waterproofing and repair with Vandex Uni 1

Vandex Unimortar 1 is a highly versatile waterproof repair mortar. It provides an ideal solution for basement refurbishment work where it can be used as a one coat, high-build tanking slurry, as well as for localised masonry repair and to improve primary resistance. A Vandex Unimortar 1 fillet waterproofs the vulnerable floor/wall junction in a subterranean build.

Used for swimming pool waterproofing and repair, Vandex Unimortar 1 provides a waterproof finish and remedies defects in existing pools. For smaller jobs such as lift pits, one coat tanking can be carried out in a single day. Vandex Unimortar 1 is also WRAS approved, making it a popular solution for the waterproofing and repair of drinking water structures.

Tested to EN1504-3 for use on concrete and masonry, Vandex Unimortar 1 can be applied to horizontal and vertical surfaces by trowel or spray.
