Extreme application Safety Screens from Lee are NACE compliant

Lee Products, the miniature somponent specialist, has introduced a new tange of flange mount Safety Screens, made entirely of MP35N nickel cobalt based alloy.

The Hi-Bar® safety screens, compliant with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156, have been designed to provide exceptional corrosion resistance, as well as extreme strength for extreme conditions within oil and gas industry applications.

Their rugged, one piece design enables the screens to withstand pressure differentials up to 7500 psi without rupture. In addition, excellent resistance to crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking, make them also suitable for other hostile environment applications such as within chemical and food processing, marine and medical industries.


The safety screens are available in six flange sizes and eight hole sizes, ranging from 0.002” to 0.020” diameter.

Custom designs are available for specific application requirements.
