Weiss Gallenkamp and Design Environmental Merger Announcement

Weiss Gallenkamp Limited is pleased to announce that we have entered into a definitive merger agreement with our associate, Design Environmental Limited.

With effect from 1st January 2013, Weiss Gallenkamp Limited’s operation will trade under the name of Weiss Technik UK Limited. This change is designed to provide benefits to both organisations. Weiss Technik UK Limited is a subsidiary of the Weiss Group, one of four divisions of the Schunk Group.

The delivery of all contracts and agreements which presently exist between our two companies will remain unaffected by this change.

The new Weiss Technik UK Limited website is currently under construction and will be unveiled in the coming months.

All telephone contacts will remain the same. We will be phasing in new web-based and employee email addresses however existing email addresses will also be kept live until further notice.
