Forgen sign exclusive lighting distribution deal with Edmundson Electrical Limited

Forgen Renewables are pleased to announce that they have recently signed a national agreement with Edmundson Electrical Limited, covering all Edmundson branches across the UK, to become a strategic distribution partner for Forgen and for the company’s two families of Solar-powered LED lighting products.

These extremely versatile and robust lights include a highly efficient solar panel which is connected to a battery that powers the super bright LED light source. They are designed to capture the maximum energy from the sun and do not require mains power. Since the recent launch of these products into the UK market, Forgen have been searching for an appropriate partner to help them take full advantage of this exciting new technology platform and with more than 250 branches nationwide, Edmunsons were the obvious choice.

Chris Williams, Forgen’s Chief Executive who negotiated this deal with the Edmundson Head Office team comments ‘Forgen is delighted to have gained the interest of the UK’s largest electrical wholesale company for their product. Edmundson has branches all over the country, many of whom have already placed stocking orders and have begun to see exciting demand for the products from some of their largest customers. In addition, a number of Edmundson branches have agreed to focus on driving the adoption of these products in their local markets and Forgen are committing considerable resource to help each of these branches achieve early success.’

Forgen will be sharing some of these success stories with you over the next few weeks here on our website.
