BiSecur Gateway brings more control

Hörmann has created the Bisecur Gateway application for smartphones and tablets that allows you to control your garage doors, lighting, entrance gates and even entrance doors, from your portable device.

Easy to understand symbols make this system simple to use and an automatic position display shows instantly whether the door or gate has been left open.

Hormann''s BiSecur radio system is the most secure option available for door and gate operators and features bi-directional FM radio signals that use the same 128-bit encryption used for online banking. Not only does this system make the transmitters more secure but also means that the signal is more reliable while extending operating distances.

The BiSecur radio system is now standard on SupraMatic, ProMatic, LineaMatic and RotaMatic operators, which are supplied with the latest transmitters. These new handsets are backwards compatible so can be used with all Hörmann operators produced since 2005. This means for instance, that a new transmitter can control both a new gate operator and an existing garage door operator.
