How to Achieve Trade Show Success - the new Infographic from 4imprint
Promotional products retailer 4imprint has created a new infographic that illustrates how exhibiting at relevant trade shows can offer numerous benefits to brands in terms of awareness, lead generation and sales.
The publication notes that high-profile trade events across various sectors have enjoyed sizeable increases in visitor numbers in recent years and highlights London''s eCommerce Expo which saw a 26 per cent upturn in attendees between 2010 and 2012.It is clear that such events offer benefits for both brands and attendees. Nine in ten marketers say trade shows hold some level of value and importance for their organisation, with sourcing new prospects, meeting face-to-face with clients and raising brand awareness named as their top priorities.
With the average visitor spending 8.3 hours looking at displays, it seems attendees are making the most of the trade show experience. Some 92 per cent of visitors said they were on the lookout for new products and 72 per cent claimed shows affect their buying decisions.
The new 4imprint infographic also offers organisations ‘Ten Top Tips’ on how to get the most from exhibiting at a trade show.
Businesses are urged to ensure they choose the right exhibition to reach their target audience then promote their attendance to prospective customers. Equally, it is important to staff a trade show stand with the right people - namely, those who are the most clued-up about the products and services a brand is looking to promote.
Cheryl Jackson-Leafield, Marketing Manager of 4imprint UK and Ireland, commented: "When it comes to standing out at trade shows, promotional products are the perfect tool. Not only will they help to attract attendees to your stand, they’ll also keep your brand in the visitor''s mind when they’re back at home or the office reviewing the literature and information they collected."
