To help all customers with their cable matters is a core task for the sales coordinators in the UK. Throughout the entire process they are always ready to answer a question or solve a cable problem.

Assistance throughout the process

One of the three sales coordinators in the UK office is Trish Watts. She has worked at Habia Cable for 27 years and is one of the key people when it comes to customer service. The UK team serves not only customers in UK, but also customers in Ireland, Italy, Turkey, the Middle East and North America and Canada. Customers come from a variety of industries and range from very small to large multi-national companies.

“I am often a customers’ first contact with Habia Cable. I help them with all their matters such as enquiries, orders, prices and often follow them through the whole process. We always work as team in close cooperation with designers, production and other parts of the company”, says Trish Watts.

Fast and relevant feedback

With her long experience, Trish has excellent knowledge about the products and the customers´ needs. They can always rely on quick and relevant help in the majority of matters. Trish and her colleagues always try to sort out any questions that the customers may have. A confirmation that customers are satisfied with the products and service level is that most of them come back over and over again.

“We try to respond as fast as we can to questions or problems that may occur. Our customers really like us taking responsibility, taking action and getting back to them with answers and solutions as promised. I love my work and the great feedback we get from customers and colleagues”, says Trish Watts.
