New catering butchery software
Systems Integration have just announced the launch of a range of software for catering butchers.
The Staffordshire-based business specialise in software for the meat processing industry and have been working with some of the UK and North America’s largest processors for the last 20 years. The catering butchery suite is the latest development in their Integreater® software range.
MD Rob Stephens explains: “We are excited to provide a software solution that will really work for catering butchers. It has been developed with their specific needs in mind and features a planning tool that is simple to use. This allows managers to easily create and amend plans, as well as quickly send information to the factory floor. They are also able to move jobs between butchers depending on individual progress, as well as easily create and adjust numerous customer and product specifications.”
“The software range also features production and yield trackers which provide a live view of progress and yield by butcher, shift or product. Financial features include standard costing and a ‘piece pay’ function, as well as reporting on costed yield and giveaway.”
