Liquid Level Detector Micro Switch

Cynergistic and Microprecision Electronics introduce new floater actuator.

A lot of process control applications need to react to level detection in order to offer an easy way to trigger a signal or even switch power once a certain liquid level is reached.

Cynergistic, with their partner Microprecision Electronics, have introduced a floater actuator to its successful V3 standard mounting size MP300 switch series.

A floating polypropylene ball of 50 mm diameter is mounted on a stainless steel lever actuator. Designed for a working temperature of 100°C, short term up to 120°C, this solution also shows a good chemical resistance.

The floater activates a MP320 switch wired as a change over or just simply NO or NC. The switch itself is IP67 sealed and has a power rating of 250 VAC / 6A under EN61058, with an operating temperature range which can go up to 200°C. The switch can be equipped with PUR, SI or PVC cable of any length/termination.
