Flow Measurement in Compressed Air and Gas

The EE772 is a thermal mass flow meter for compressed air and gases.

Irrespective of pressure and temperature, the EE772 flow meter registers mass flow, volumetric flow or standard flow. The flow meter can be used effectively to measure the consumption of compressed air, nitrogen, CO2, helium or other non-corrosive gases.

The hot tap valve allows for the installation and removal without flow interruption. Regular calibration, without taking into account the device downtime, is therefore always an option.
The MultiController mounting valve means that multiple sensors can be installed in a pipeline simultaneously. This helps you save on installation costs because dew point and pressure sensors can be installed in the MultiController fitting in addition to the flow meter.

The heart of the flow meter is an E+E hot-film sensor element that, thanks to its high immunity to contamination, guarantees exceptional long-term stability and outstanding accuracy even under the harshest operating conditions.

The flow meter’s extensive measuring range from 0.5 to 200 Nm/s (1: 400) and fast response characteristics make it possible to carry out measurements throughout the entire supply system with one and the same device. Even the smallest flow rates are accurately recorded − an essential prerequisite for calculating consumption costs or for finding leaks.

At the factory, every flow meter undergoes a strict calibration procedure on a flow calibration installation at a pressure of 7 bar. The outstanding measuring accuracy is confirmed by the calibration certificate that comes with the device.
