How do you Solve a Problem like Kitchen Ventilation in a Listed
Target, the catering equipment designer and installer has developed an ingenious way of managing odour and low level extract ventilation in listed buildings that are refused permission for standard ventilation.
Target overcame the conservation board’s refusal to allow Abdul Mannan, an Indian restaurant based in Cirencester, a standard kitchen ventilation system by building into the existing chimney chute which was made possible by the induction technology for Indian pan style cooking by Hitten Javahalal.
Using induction cooking techniques and specialist ventilation systems disguised to blend in with historic surroundings, Target have been able to help a number of restaurants and caterers based in historical buildings unable to get planning permission.
Abdul Mannan and the Indian Rasoi Restaurant are both clients of Target and thanks to their innovation are now the best Indian restaurants in Cirencester.
