BSRIA appoints new Business Development Manager in the US

BSRIA are pleased to announce the appointment of Raphael Chalogany as their new Business Development Manager for their North American Market, effective from 1st July 2015.

The appointment of Raphael will allow BSRIA to continue to develop their North American presence by strengthening their capabilities in providing strategic insight, competitive intelligence, attitudinal studies, and corporate strategy by using the latest tools and techniques to produce strategic reports.

Raphael will be based in Chicago − the location of BSRIA’s headquarters for the North American operation. Raphael was − until recently − Senior Market Research Consultant in Worldwide Market Intelligence (WMI) at BSRIA.

He has been in this role since January 2011 and key achievements include: project management of international market research projects, authored numerous reports and private client work internationally, and contributed to business development activities.

Andrew Giles, BSRIA’s Director of Market Intelligence, said: “The North American market is the single largest HVAC market and we see the appointment of Raphael as an essential step in our continued development of this key market, with a drive to reduce energy consumption and changing technology, it is important that key business decisions are made with confidence and are based the latest and most up to date information available. My focus is to develop new business opportunities for BSRIA in North America, with a particular focus on WMI, maintain existing business in the region, while facilitating foreign business opportunities for American and Canadian customers and prospects, and to establish BSRIA WMI’s market position as the leading market research and consultancy firm specialised in building services in the North American market.”
