British manufacturing firm, Victor Manufacturing, will be unveiling its new energy-efficient catering equipment at this year''s Hotelympia - designed to help save the industry millions of pounds. On stand 1435 they will be unveiling several new products and concepts.

Additionally, it will showcase its recent launch, the refrigerated Optimax SQ unit, which is the first of its kind to be granted Carbon Trust approval and to the included on the ECA Energy Technology List.

This government approved scheme provides enhanced tax relief for businesses who invest in the most energy-saving equipment, reducing the business tax bill by as much as 20% of the purchase price.
