Our Commitment to Quality

Quality is something we take seriously at Bell Flow Systems which is why we have been certified to ISO 9001, the international standard for quality systems, since July 2012

With international sales a substantial and growing part of our business it was important to us to have our quality system audited by a global certification body which is why we chose to work with TUV UK Ltd, part of the TUV Nord Group. Operating in over 70 countries TUV are widely recognised as a market leader in technical services and being certified by them means that our commitment to quality is evident to customers worldwide.  

In May TUV carried out a 3-year recertification audit of our Quality Management System which reviewed our procedures and operations since our original certification in 2012 as well as our current performance levels. We are proud to announce that our certification has been extended for another three years and that no non-conformances with the ISO 9001:2005 standard were identified during the audit.

We believe that quality is an attitude and having ISO 9001 means that our systems run efficiently which makes us a better company. For our customers it means that they can be confident that their orders will be delivered correctly, on time and in perfect condition.
