Matchplay 2 makes it’s mark in South Wales.

Cwmamman Park, South Wales have recently been the lucky recipient of a new multi-use games area, thanks to the insight and vision from Cyngor Tref Cwmamman Town Council.

The town council had preciously funded  a similar installation at Hendry Park in the same borough, less than 2 miles away, whereby a Playrite Matchplay 2 surface had been chosen for a community multi-sport pitch, to incorporate 5− aside football,
netball, basketball,  tennis and hockey.  The project at Hendry park had been such a success that funding had been raised to install a near identical project, again for the benefit of the local community at Cwmamman Park.

The Matchplay 2 Surface has proved to be an ideal solution for the number of sports that can be played to a high standard, coupled with a relatively low level of maintenance and high durability. Cwmamman Town Council know that Matchplay 2 is ideal for the high level of participation at the facility, and were more than happy for their second Matchplay 2 installation to take place.
