i-STAT Update Now Available

If you have a VetScan® i-STAT® 1 Hand-Held analyser, it should be prompting you that the CLEW (software) is due to expire. The analyser will not function until this has been completed.

Please take one of the following options below to update your analyser. All VetScan® i-STATs must be updated if you wish to continue using it.

Option 1:

For customers with a Downloader please use this link to download the new software and update your analyser manually − https://www.abbottpointofcare.com/vetscan-istat-system-software-update

Instructions on how to complete the software update, plus the driver to connect your downloader to a PC/Laptop can also be found on this link.

Option 2:

Call us on 01904 488507 or email us at support@abaxis.co.uk and we can arrange for your analyser to be collected and returned to Head Office to be updated. There will be no charge for this service to you and it will be sent back the same day we receive it.

Please ensure your analyser is boxed up adequately before calling/emailing. Any damage caused by poor packaging will be your responsibility.

In addition to updating your analyser, our dedicated Support Team will also undergo a pin conditioning and an inspection on your analyser.

This software will expire in December 2016 − when another update will be released.
