PHAB Standard launch Barbering Exams

The phenomenal success and encouraging feedback that PHAB Standard has received has driven the industry standard to push boundaries further and launch the first ever Barbering Exams.

Specifically designed around the barbering industry, the exam has been tested and approved by the PHAB Non-Executive Board of Directors, who are all experts in their field. The PHAB Standard Barbering exam is an affordable and effective tool which provides instant results and is open to all members of the barbering community from Managers to Barbers and assistants.

The online, multiple choice exam has numerous benefits to the individual barber and salon including:

Ensuring you are reliable and punctual in all aspects of work and ensuring a positive atmosphere is recognised within the salon
Not only improving your customer service but also ensuring your skills are at the best of their ability and your knowledge is second to none
Setting a minimum exam result and educating new members of the team or those on probation, encouraging growth and development
Evaluating training and identifying any gaps in the current education program before allocating training budgets
