Vac Forming Materials....have you considered all options?
What is the most suited material for your needs?
Plaspro have been proudly producing and supplying first-rate Amorphous Polyethylene Terephthalate (APET) to satisfied customers for many years. Its versatility, precision, strength and ability to perform in temperatures ranging from -40c to +70c make it an ideal plastic for many manufacturers. In addition, APET offers excellent clarity, selling itself to those producing packaging and point of sale displays.
APET is a perfect choice for food packaging due to the barrier it provides to liquids and gases, whilst protecting the item’s flavour and aromas.
Produced primarily with a blue tint to give a clear azure colour, Plaspro can also produce APET in other colours should this be required.
Our PVC rigid is available in a wide variety of thicknesses and colours giving your numerous options when planning your packaging requirements. Requiring a low processing temperature, PVC has low energy costs, making it an economical material.
Due to its reliability and superior quality, PVC is an ideal plastic for printing and vacuum forming.
In addition, Plaspro can provide you with a specially-coated PVC which is ideal for use when it is going to be used on HP Indigo, solvent and ink jet digital presses. The coating creates an excellent, dependable base for ink.
