A SUCCESS − Our largest pressure die casting that we have supplied to date.

First batch delivered on time and right first time.

Weighing in at 7kgs and measuring 300x300x100mm and with a tool weight of 7000kgs, the project had specific and very detailed manufacturing challenges to overcome.

The primary goal demanded was to supply a very high standard of dimensional accuracy with a powder coated flawless surface finish.

The projected has proven our ability to understand our customers goals to supply large, high specification pressure die castings.
