Photo Shoot Season is Coming Home
Whilst the country might be gripped with the various sporting occasions that are taking place, from the World Cup (is it "Coming Home!?") to Wimbledon, we’re really pleased to be in the midst of photo shoot season.
The longer days and recent heatwave have created the perfect conditions for photographing both the exteriors and interiors of our award-winning orangeries and garden rooms.
We have already completed a number of inspiring photo shoots this Summer, which have also included conservatories, our market leading oak framed extensions and our quality wooden windows and doors.
So what do we look for when considering a potential photo shoot location? Nice design that complements and works in harmony with the existing property is something of a given − but we would say, wouldn’t we!?
The surrounding environment in terms of the garden and landscaping are important considerations as well.
Interiors are a vital part of the picture too, as we need good photography of both the exterior and internal layout in order to tell the story of the project. As we design and manufacture on a completely bespoke basis, no two projects are ever the same − but we do look for a mixture of styles of extension, whether an orangery, garden room or kitchen extension.
A really useful place to take a look at some of our inspirational imagery is our Pinterest page, which is organised into easy to use boards such as Orangeries, Kitchen Extensions or photos of our London Showroom.
If Pinterest is not familiar to you, our other social channels usually feature a selection of our new photography − find us on Facebook, where we celebrated reaching our 5,000th page like earlier this week. Instagram is another social platform we’re increasingly using to share some of our beautiful photography.
With our next photo shoot provisionally booked to "come home" this Friday, we will look forward to sharing the results of this very soon. In the meantime, let’s hope “coming home” is a term we will be using more often in the next couple of weeks!
