Success for Heald in Double Crash Test!

Continuing our commitment to providing the security market with the most trusted hostile vehicle mitigation products, Heald are proud to announce the success of two recent crash tests.


Having previously crash tested to a variety of standards, the HT3-Matador 4 has achieved a new record with an IWA crash test against a 7.2 tonne N2A specification truck travelling at 80 kph (50 mph).

One of our newest configurations in the Matador range, the HT2-Matador 6, which consists of four central moving bollards and two fixed bollards to accommodate access for large vehicles or tight turning circles has also succeeded in its PAS68 crash test, halting a 7.5 tonne truck travelling at 64 kph (40 mph).
