Wozair Acquire Majority Shareholding in Thermoplant

Wozair is delighted to announce the acquisition of a majority shareholding in Thermoplant (Offshore Services) Ltd from Bassaire.

This strategic acquisition brings together two of the most established and respected manufacturers of specialist ventilation equipment and services for the Marine, Oil & Gas, and Energy Industries in the UK.

Wozair specialise in air management, dampers and intake equipment while Thermoplant's expertise is more related to refrigeration equipment, control panels and more compact type packaged units. The combined resources of both companies will provide an unparalleled level of supply and service to customers across the globe.

Wozair has been established for almost 25 years and is based in Gillingham, Kent with overseas offices and manufacturing facilities in Singapore, Houston and Dubai, all strategic Oil & Gas locations where Wozair and Thermoplant products and services complement each other.

The Wozair Group also includes the Veotec product line and Jet Environmental Systems, based in Solihull who were acquired in 2016. Jet design, supply and install temperature controlled ventilation systems to large warehouses for the pharmaceutical, confectionery and other industries.
