The Elite Servery Counter

07 January 2020 | Elite Hog Roast Machines

Here''s some great news for 2020 - The Elite Servery Counter

For many of you who own an Elite Machine, do you know you can actually use the machine as a full hot servery counter?

Some time ago I was asked by one of my customers if I could design a one-off servery counter for keeping pork, lamb and beef as well as vegetables and roast potatoes piping hot in his Elite machine.

I was concerned about the prohibitive cost of producing a one-off version and so spent some time with one of my own machines to see if I could find a cost-effective solution.

The answer was really simple. If you own an Elite and a Standard Conversion Warming Kit then you already have all you need to keep all your food not only piping hot, but also on full display in front of your customers.

To achieve this simply follow these easy instructions:
  • Place your existing stuffing tray at one end of the machine. (As normal)
  • Put across the machine the 2 x hog tray support bars from your standard hog Tray.
  • Use one existing conversion kit plates on one side of the machine
  • Place 4 standard chaffing dishes into the remaining space
  • And there you have it!!! 4 x chaffing dishes all ready to go along with the stuffing tray. Ideal for your produce as well as a holding area for gravy too and all piping hot at the same time.
The Elite Range just got a whole lot better!
