January Seminar Fully Booked!

It''s official! Our first seminar of 2020 is completely booked up - not a seat in the house remaining.

The day promises to be an absolute cracker at our Lincolnshire Golf Club Venue.

Not only do we have many experienced hog roasters attending but we also have some excellent guest speakers too, covering topics such as: Getting the best from your marketing, catering insurance and health and safety and ensuring you are trading legally.

With this in mind, our date in February is already filling up fast so be sure to get in touch with us to avoid any disappointment.

Our pig prepping sessions are also becoming increasingly popular too with many attendees arriving at my home this month and so far we already have over 20 arriving on the day.

This includes preparing the pig ready for cooking later on that day, removing the tender-loins, diamond scoring and our way of pinning the ears back, so they don’t burn during the cooking process. This ensures there is no pink meat in the shoulder areas too.

Attending the session also gives you the opportunity of having an enjoyable and relaxing evening out with us in Cleethorpes where we discuss hog roasting in more detail over a meal and a drink
