Launching Our New Commercial Buildings Brochure
2019 was a year of record retail orangery and bespoke garden room sales for David Salisbury, but it was also another period of sustained commercial buildings success for the company.
Accordingly, it felt appropriate to highlight some of these successful projects in a new brochure to promote our commercial orangeries expertise. To kick off 2020, we are very pleased to announce the launch of our new commercial buildings brochure. Whilst selling to discerning homeowners all around the country will always be the main focus of our business here at David Salisbury, we look forward to continuing to grow this exciting and prestigious side to our portfolio.
Before we even commence marketing our new brochure, we are currently working on site on our two largest ever commercial contracts − details of which we look forward to sharing in the coming months; and which will feature in a later update to this new brochure.
For now though, the focus is on promoting our expertise across what is a diverse range of commercial sectors, with hospitality and guest experience a common denominator, along with, of course, return on investment.
Hotel refurbishments and extensions have comprised a good share of our commercial pipeline over the years − with widespread success in working with Listed Buildings of special note. These projects have extended into luxury wedding venues and leisure destinations such as health spas and swimming pool facilities.
It might be that a particular venue requires improvement or refurbishment, or needs to create additional space to drive business growth, but there is no obvious place to start.
This is where we come in - it might be that the solution is not something that has been considered before but, the chances are, we have developed a related successful design brief in the past or overcome a similar design challenge.
Our new Commercial Buildings Brochure showcases just some of the diverse range of these projects, all of which can be viewed via the commercial case studies section of our website.
