The Best Just Got Better!
Relcross are pleased to share that Von Duprin''s Mortice Lock exit devices are now available for specification in the UK and Europe, providing a fantastic architectural and aesthetic solution to the integration of panic exit devices and mortice lock cases.
For use on doors up to 1220mm wide, the Von Duprin 9975 is the latest product addition to the highly successful Von Duprin range of exit hardware and comes supplied with the Von Duprin 7500 lock case as standard.
The 9975 is available in a manually operated format, you just push the touch bar to operate, or as a Heavy Duty Electric Latch retraction format (EL). There is even a Quiet Electric Latch retraction model (QEL) for those areas where limited operational noise is required, for example hospitals, libraries and theatres. All electric latch models can also be manually operated.
The EL feature allows for the remote unlatching of exit devices either for momentary unlatching, or for extended periods of time and is an alternative to manual dogging.
The QEL can also be configured to electronically retract the latch for an extended period of time to allow free entry and often the QEL is used with a credential reader and access control system to unlock the door momentarily for authorised users. For more information follow this link:

This range of architectural grade escape devices includes the 98 Series (9875) with its smooth mechanism case and the established 99 Series (9975) with its familiar grooved design, in Anodised Aluminium. The two styles are mechanically and dimensionally identical and provide a solution specifically for standard stile applications down to 89mm.
