M16 Circular Din Connector range

Lumberg has recently issued a youtube video highlighting the advantages of the fast assembly version of the M16 Circular Din Connector range.

The video refers to the AISG market however, I believe that the connector is suitable for other market sectors as well. Lumberg UK, for example, we sell the connectors to the industrial and machinery industry. The 360° shielded, IP68, vibration protection, screwtype M16 solder connector can be assembled faster with less individual piece parts.

As you can see in the video, the time consuming process steps of stripping, expanding, shortening and applying shielded braid become redundant. The connector is suitable for cable diameter up to 10 mm. Although, the connector pair is only available in an 8-pole version at this moment in time, we might consider offering the connector in other pole versions should there be adequate demand for it.
