uPASS Reach provides primary vehicle access solution for Exeter Science Park

Nortech has worked with Newpark Solutions to provide cost-effective, reliable hands-free access control and vehicle tracking for Exeter Science Park through the installation of uPASS Reach.

The long range RFID reader integrated with entry / exit barriers and ANPR allowing only authorised vehicles to enter the premises to help reduce staff involvement in barrier control, remove congestion at access points and improve vehicle reporting data.

A secondary ANPR system was also installed to provide access control to visitors and staff that don't have RFID tags. Read more about the features, benefits and how to choose between ANPR and RFID in our useful guide.
