July’s Roundup at LaneSystems

Another month has flown by and for the parents out there, counting down the days to ‘back to school’, don’t worry, we’ve got you!

Head over to our blog on the LaneSystems website to discover five fantastic trips out you can enjoy with the family in Teesside. With many of us keeping it local we decided to go ‘back to basics’ and talk about some of the wonderful places we have locally.

If the last 18 months has taught us anything, it’s surely to appreciate what we have right? Look closely and you’ll see that right on our doorstep we are home to some of the country's most fabulous beaches! At Redcar families can take the dog or choose a part of the beach that’s ‘people only’. If the sun is shining take the sun block, towels and enough for a bag of chips and an ice cream. Alternatively, why not get wrapped up warm, find the best stones, hunt for treasure and have a go in the arcades? Kids LOVE days like this and they really are as fun as you decide to make them.

After an exciting day at the beach why not pop the kids to bed and enjoy a film with some cocktails/mocktails? It’s what you make of it remember and you don’t have to go out to enjoy the perfect drink!

We’d like to give you all a challenge. Try and do one new thing each and every week throughout the summer. In fact, start with just the summer and if your ‘something new’ agrees with you, continue!

We’ve Enjoyed a Treat!

It’s been a fun month at LaneSystems with the team rewarded for all their hard work over the last 18 months (we’re determined to write at least one article where we don’t actually mention the ‘c’ word)! Michel and Galina, owners of the company, treated the gang to a day of Go Karting followed by a lovely meal. Not only was it great to get out in the open, everyone loved the ‘back to normal’ feeling offered. The food of course was a delicious bonus to an already amazing day.
