Welcome to our monthly roundup here at LaneSystems. We can’t believe September has come to an end and it’s now the run up to Christmas; where does the time go? After yet another crazy busy month, we’re excited to say we’re expanding the team yet again this year!

The first of two exciting roles is a vacancy for a Service Desk Technician. As the first point of contact for clients, key responsibilities include taking calls and discussing/solving IT related queries. In addition you’ll build, repair and troubleshoot PCs and laptops, work with 2nd & 3rd line technicians and maintain high levels of customer service.

What do you need?

Children & Device Protection
