Investing in their Website Pays Dividends for Identify Direct Ltd
Last year Identify Direct Ltd made the decision to invest in upgrading their website.
They had a vision of what they wanted and, during lockdown, they took the leap and spent weeks tweaking, populating and perfecting the website. Very happy with the final result, they have seen significant increased traffic to the site and have received enquiries from both the UK and, quite surprisingly, several from overseas, which have resulted in new customers.
It is not just the online visibility that counts: on asking one USA customer why they came to Identify Direct Ltd for goods that could have been obtained more locally to them, they said “Really it has come down to responsiveness: any information has been incredibly difficult to gather [locally] in a timely manner”. The improvements to the website meant more online presence leading to an initial contact, at which point the enthusiastic people at Identify Direct could then offer the great service the company is known for.
