ODQS Join Fire Aware

ODQS are the 1st cost consultancy to join Fire Aware.

This London based firm have committed to the Cost Consultants Charter which sees them focusing on fire safety from a cost perspective when advising their clients.

As part of this costs can be committed to fire safety and ringfenced within the contract sum analysis so that the funds do not get re routed to support other less important parts of the project.

This is a huge step forward in creating a cultural change in the development process as it prevents underfunding creating a race to the bottom.
