Yamaha R1 Clutch casing repair.

A customer brought in a damaged clutch casing he had repaired himself with chemical metal.

The casing was cast aluminium we vaper blasted the part and prepped it for TIG welding.

The crack was repaired then prepped before paint and filler was applied resulting in a saving of £300 for a replacement.
