Aquatic Canine Therapy Ltd.

On the morning of the 25th April 2022, we faced a major problem when our circulation pump suddenly failed and left us with no means of heating water for our DWS underwater treadmill.

As a busy centre treating 15/16 dogs per day, and with every day booked, this was a catastrophe. I phoned DWS Hydrotherapy Systems at around 11.00 am and much to my relief two engineers arrived at 3.00 pm with a replacement pump. A pretty good response considering that they had a two hour drive to get to me.

The original pump was of German manufacture but DWS replaced it with a UK sourced pump, as they said, it is much easier to get. The job was completed satisfactorily and after testing the system they left us at about 7.30 pm for another two hour drive back.

The next day we were up and running as normal, having only lost a fraction of the business that we might have lost if the response from DWS had been less than excellent. It is comforting to know that we have a supplier who can provide such fantastic service, especially these days when we are all trying to recover from the effects of the Covid shutdowns.
