GOP awarded Sustainability Trial Award at Packaging Innovations Show 2022.

Global One Pak Ltd are proud to announce that our Single Material Plastic Lotion Pump, that can also be manufactured from 30% PCR material, has been awarded the Sustainability Trial Award at the Packaging Innovations show 2022.


This brand-new pump is the first in the world and holds masses of opportunities within the future of the plastic industry.

As our new pump is made from only one polymer, this allows for full recyclability without the need to break down parts into individual material types. Which makes recyclability possible and maintains its commercial value. This pump is the first of its kind in the world to offer full recyclability in the plastics trade.

The market is asking for more sustainable options for single use plastic products and GOP are actively providing this objective. GOP continues to source and consider products that are recyclable while creating innovative design utilising recycled materials.

Current lotion pumps are manufactured with several different materials including metal and glass, even those who claim to be ‘All Plastic’ are manufactured in different plastics and therefore are difficult to recycle and separate, plus the reclaim is not commercially viable as PCR material, so… most will end up in landfill!

This new product will change the way plastic is seen in the marketplace, the recycled reclaim material will be worth the same as virgin material, making it commercially viable and safe to use in manufacture.

Our Single Plastic Lotion Pump will be available in neck sizes, 24/410 and 28/410 with several actuator head designs, Saddle, Teardrop, and designs to suit your market sector. The lock-up lotion pump offers transportation security, and the no spring design ensures the user will enjoy a smooth and effortless operation. This pump is available in standard colours, translucent, white, and black to name a few and we can colour match to your required specification to suit your brand and products.
