No returns in 38 years of business for Rondean Limited
A machinery supplier, specialising in selling refurbished tools, has reached 38 years in business with no returns from customers.
Rondean Ltd, based on the Drum Industrial Estate in Chester-le-Street, sells refurbished machine tools to engineering, sheet metal and woodworking companies with a specific focus on machinery designed and built in the UK.The company has built its strong track record for supplying quality-built machinery and machine tooling since 1984 and says its zero returns achievement to its policy of listening carefully to the needs of its customers.
Managing director Ron Lewis said: “Most of our sales are repeat business from current satisfied customers, which shows our approach to listening to our customers needs and finding solutions rather than merely making sales is the right one.”
The company buys, repairs and refurbishes for re-sale engineering, sheet-metal fabrication and woodworking machines to businesses throughout the UK and abroad. “We have been refurbishing equipment since the company was established and, as well as making complete economic sense for our customers, it also supports their sustainability and circular economy strategies to reach net zero,” Ron explained.
