Upgraded LT2 provide great advantages

Non-Contact Laser Triangulation Sensor With updated software drivers, the fully Orbit® enabled improved LT2 is now available for distance and thickness measurement solution applications.

The upgraded Non-Contact Laser Triangulation sensor offers a unique Adaptive Surface Adjustment feature, allowing the oval beam to automatically adjust its intensity to the surface for consistently high repeatability. It provides excellent accuracy on highly reflective finishes, especially metallic surfaces, making it perfect for automotive, electronics, and EV applications.

Precision at its Finest
With a Linearity of up to 6 µm and a repeatability of up to 0.1 µm, this highly reliable laser makes difficult measurement challenges easy. Software driver improvements further help the operator to implement measurement modes specific to their needs, generating accurate results.

No Extra Cost
Motor Shaft Laser Flexure Application
This Laser unit requires no controller, resulting in significant cost savings. No additional upgrades are required for purchase, as the LT2 offers different measurement modes and averaging adjustments for peak repeatability. For further Orbit LT Utility improvements, the user can also view Exposure Time, Intensity, and the Video Signal.

Easy Integration and Seamless Workflow
In terms of compatibility, the Orbit LT can be networked with contact probes, as well as any 3rd party sensors via the Orbit® Digital Measurement Network. They can be easily connected with Personal Computers (PCs) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), making the non-contact sensors an incredibly versatile product for distance and thickness measurements on numerous surfaces.
