Replenishing the internal expansion in unvented water heaters

As pioneers in stainless steel unvented cylinders since 1960 Fabdec continue to innovate in this field. Our EXCELSIOR Venturi technology replenishes and protects the internal expansion of the vessel, thus prolonging its service life.

As cold water is drawn through the Venturi device air is infused into the supply, which then settles above the heated water, thus replenishing the air gap. The Venturi technology ensures a long life with no moving parts or external expansion vessel. It is WRAS and UKCA approved, designed and manufactured in the UK.

Direct [all electric], indirect, heat pump and solar compatible models up to 500 litres are all available.

A Hi-Flo model with 1” connections is also available for higher flow rate applications − for example large domestic, small commercial dwellings.

All solutions offer the potential for future proofing the hot water and heating system.
