Bursali Towels buys New DGI Poseidon Printer with Fluorescent Inks!

Increasing their printed towel production by 90% and now offering fluorescent colours!

One of the most exciting features of this new printer is its ability to print with fluorescent inks − allowing Bursali to offer an array of vibrant and eye-catching fluorescent colours to their printed towel customers, which will make their printed Beach Towels really ‘pop’.

With the support of Rhondda Cynon Taf Council offering a Business Growth Grant through the Shared Prosperity Fund, it has assisted the company with investing in this new machinery.

This investment also offers a remarkable increase in production efficiency. While their current set-up allows them to print approximately 135m² per hour, the new DGI Poseidon, with its advanced technology and fluorescent ink printing capability, boasts a printing speed of 120m² per hour alone!

This upgrade is set to boost production by 90%, enabling Bursali Towels to meet growing demand and serve its customers even more effectively.

"This investment marks a significant milestone in our journey towards providing our customers with the best in quality and innovation," said Steve Vallender, MD at Bursali Towels.

"With the support of Rhondda Cynon Taf Council and the Business Growth Grant, we have been able to take our business to new heights. The introduction of fluorescent colours and the substantial increase in production capacity will help us meet the increasing needs of our clients and maintain our commitment to excellence."

The new machine arrived earlier this week and is currently being installed and tested at Bursali Towels in their South Wales Factory − so watch this space!
