The latest updates, from the word go…
Making an impact for South West Women
In celebration of International Women’s Day 2023, we initiated a programme offering £10,000 worth of creative support to a local business dedicated to making a positive impact for women in the community. Our winners, Women’s Work Lab in Bristol, address the motherhood career gap by providing skills-based training to mums on benefits, enhancing their employability. We were asked to review their brand identity and create a messaging and visual platform that would take them to the next level of business growth.Beautiful Bramley
It was a pleasure to work with Bramley, whose all-natural beauty products are inspired by and made in the British countryside. Together, we established a new visual framework and brand platform that works across multiple ranges and invites artist collaborations. Repositioning Bramley as the ‘Plantsmiths that instil joy’, deepening the meaning of their work with plants. The revised design architecture not only describes how the brand imparts happiness and well-being through expertly crafted botanicals, but also allows for exploration beyond beauty products, such as botanical inks.
A new brand platform for MediPhorum
BioPhorum provides a platform for medical industry professionals to connect and collaborate, innovating new industry solutions enabling them to effect faster change. Their new medical technology specific phorum, MediPhorum, needed a separate name, brand identity and platform that would resonate with audiences in this specific sector while creating synergy with the parent brand.

Brand new year, new award nomination
We have started the year being shortlisted for our work on the Anglo American newsletter ‘Future Forward’. The Corporate Content Awards 2024 recognises exemplary efforts at the core of corporate storytelling. We worked with the marketing team to conceive, name and template the launch and ongoing issues of the e-publication.
AI in the creative industry
It has been a big year for artificial intelligence; so much so that Collins Dictionary made AI the most notable word of 2023. We contributed to an article written for by the BCI’s Dan Martin collecting our thoughts on using artificial intelligence. Our view in a sentence… “AI isn’t a magic bullet (not yet, at least) as the results you get from these tools are only as good as the prompts you give them, much like the benefit of writing a good brief.”
Recycling of screens and equipment
As technology moves on at a pace we found ourselves with a surplus of hardware. Mindful of our commitment to the local community and environment we are delighted to be able to team up with GreenITDisposal, a pioneering IT recycling charity, to collect all our redundant screens. They get people who are seeking employment to come and get them and then they are reconditioned and sent to homeless shelters and schools.
