Kontron ARM-based Modules
Intel Alder Lake-N series Motherboards - Kontron motherboards implementing the Intel Alder Lake N series processors are designed and optimised for use with Windows 11. These motherboards provide a cost-effective, low-power computing solution, but enable faster processing speeds than previous processor series. Kontron offer the following industrial motherboards supporting Intel Alder Lake N series processors: K3931-N mITX, K3932-N mITX and K3921-N mSTX.
8.8-inch Letterbox Format Smart Display - RDS can supply a series of smart displays with a built-in serial interface and processing features, enabling simplified design, development and prototyping. The 8.8-inch letterbox format display features a built-in Serial UART interface and an integrated projected capacitive (PCap) touchscreen. The display module can be easily programmed to create a graphical user interface without the need for any additional display driver hardware.
Choosing the right SSD Hard Drive - RDS is able to support and supply a wide range of SSD hard drives. Ensuring the right choice is made when considering performance, capacity and cost is an important decision.
Dead Front Effect enables enhanced aesthetic for display applications - RDS has recently introduced Dead Front Effect (DFE), a highly opaque optical cover glass for front panel designs. For equipment and systems using high-brightness TFT display modules with graphical user interfaces, implementing a Dead Front Effect enables a clean, uncluttered, front panel aesthetic to be easily created.
Kontron ARM-based Modules - Designed and developed by Kontron, ARM-based single board computers (SBC) enable access to ARM processing hardware, a range of on-board peripherals and features. The product range includes: MX8, Broadcom (Raspberry PI compatible), MX6 and STM32 ARM processors which enables a wide range of designs to be supported.
