A new take on the picnic table

A new take on the picnic table

New designs mean picnic tables no longer have to be based around traditional ‘A’ frames.

Modern styles such as the Matrix 08 and the ‘step through’ Lyon, below, add a contemporary feel to any setting. The hexagonal ‘Roma’ seats up to 12 and a seating section can be easily removed to incorporate wheelchair access.

Achieving carbon net zero is an important aim for buildings, new and old. Using 100% recycled plastic materials means an eco-friendly alternative to traditional timber, steel or concrete, with a whole host of extra benefits. Recycled plastic is splinter-free and weatherproof, keeping maintenance to a minimum.

Companies are working toward their sustainability targets, while preventing plastic waste from going to landfill.
