Rocburn are proud to announce the supply of a Multi-zone smoke ventilation system in Benfleet, Essex.

This exclusive complex features 30 high-end flats, offering a mix of one and two-bedroom options. The stairwells and adjacent lobbies are ventilated using a combination of Roof Hatches and a Smoke Shaft all in accordance with Approved Document B requirements.

We worked closely with one of our regular installers to specify and design a system that met the requirements of the buildings fire strategy. Supplying all components in a timely fashion and providing technical support during and after installation.
