Saving Costs with from Jtech Services

Reducing the costs of maintenance whilst keeping services operating well is an ongoing challenge for all Facilities Managers.

The Radiator Guards from Jtech Services have proven to be a long term, cost saving method for a number of Secondary and Academy schools. How so? By covering older cast iron style radiators, which can be difficult to keep clean, with a smooth wipe clean, powder coated surface.

Further savings are made when you add into the equation the need to rub down and paint the uncovered radiators each year or so. This an expensive operation when compared to a modern looking guard that has easy access for maintenance that just needs a wipe over to keep it looking good.

Whilst this project was finished in a standard white powder coat finish, Jtech Services can also offer their systems in a range of other colours that tie in with either new or existing décor.
