The importance of working relationships.

As the economic climate is extremely tough for us all at the moment, I would like to share how important it is to develop relationships both with customers and suppliers.

In my experience of over 23 years in the electrical industry we have created a really good portfolio of loyal customers, this has been built up by providing good quality products and offering the best service and help we can. This wouldn’t be possible without working closely with our supply chain to help us drive our business forwards. After all without the back up and support of our network of manufacturers and distributors we wouldn’t be where we are today.

So to sum up, without the correct back up and technical expertise from our suppliers, creating good working relationships with customers becomes a lot more difficult. In our industry things are changing constantly, due to regulation changes and new technology being developed. So if we all work together we can continue to stay ahead of the competition and drive our business forwards.
