Restart a Heart Month - Learn CPR with Wiltshire First Aid!

A sudden cardiac arrest can happen to anyone at any time, regardless of age, gender and fitness, less than one in ten people survive an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest.

Learning CPR can make the difference between life and death, immediate CPR can double or even triple a person's chance of survival.

Ideally a defibrillator should be used within three minutes on an unresponsive non-breathing casualty. Every minute that passes without a defibrillator being used the chances of survival reduce by 10%.

By learning CPR and feeling confident to use an Automated External defibrillator, you can give someone their best chance of survival. Wiltshire First Aid training can provide a short course on how to perform CPR and use an AED, we can deliver this course at your workplace or at your venue, for local members in your community.
