New OEM Water-in-Fuels Sensors

Rochester Sensors UK is pleased to announce a new line of water in fuel sensors designed for OEM on and off-highway markets, generators, and compressors.

These sensors utilise innovative capacitive technology and contain no moving parts, ensuring longevity and reliability in detecting water contamination in a variety of fuels, bio-fuels and lubricating oils.

This design not only ensures a high value proposition but also contributes to a low cost of ownership due to minimal maintenance requirements.

The versatility of these sensors makes them ideal for both new and existing designs, as they are adaptable to various application needs. They are offered in different probe lengths and mounting threads and can be configured with CAN bus J1939 output or other options. Additionally, models with integrated temperature output and advanced diagnostic features are available for enhanced functionality.

The core features of these sensors include capacitive technology for accurate water detection, the absence of moving parts for increased durability, and a completely sealed probe for optimal performance. They are also manufactured with or without an integrated drain and have been rigorously validated to meet OEM specifications. Specific models include the 2100 standard high-quality water in fuel sensor, the 2150 with an integrated drain port, and the 3100 featuring CAN bus J1939 output, temperature output, and additional diagnostic capabilities.
