Do you need a Business Valuation?

We are often asked to provide formal valuations for purposes other than a proposed sale.

For example, a current client wishes to gift some of his company shares to a family member who works in the business. His accountant has asked for a formal, written report with a clear valuation, for the purposes of valuing the share gifting and dealing with any associated tax matters.

Other reports are available for incorporation (of an existing sole trader or partnership business), divorce settlement, management buy-in (MBI) or management buy-out (MBO).
