With over 1,000 stores throughout England and Wales, One Stop has been a trusted part of local communities for decades. Operating independently under Tesco ownership since 2003, the chain provides everyday essentials and convenient services such as Post Office access and parcel collection. Backed by a dedicated team of more than 10,600 employees, One Stop is a key player in the convenience retail sector.
Challenge
One Stop faced an increase in criminal activity at one of their stores, ranging from petty theft to more serious offences. These incidents left employees feeling vulnerable, which also impacted morale and store operations. These incidents impacted the colleagues and customers, highlighting the need for a more robust security solution.
