Fully servo-controlled UK manufactured.
Argosy’s 4ss WD wound dressing packaging / pouching machine, manufactured to your requirements incorporating 5-axis electronic servo control.
All machine settings can be stored in the product menu, ie, infeed position, end crimp dwell, registration position, etc. Also, batch/date code position if required.
Incorporates proven Trio Motion electronic control technology.
Large colour 12” HMI / touch screen with menu driven changes.
Machine will use Trio Motion servo Technology, with touch screen and a product menu system enabling quick and easy product changeovers.
Temperature control adjusted via screen.
Temperature calibrations and off sets to set actual temperature values.
Side seal widths adjusted via hand wheel.

Side seal rollers 2 pair hot with silicone rubber and 1 pair cold with silicone rubber.
Cross seal jaw 1 heated and 1 with silicone rubber heated.

Infeed on / off function, no need to empty infeed to run just web materials.
Electronic controlled End crimp, and Cross Seal.
Electronic / servo-controlled web tension system to maintain constant tension thru out the dia of the web / reel, top and bottom webs.
Electronic tension values can be saved to the product recipe.
Guarded to CE standard.
Product Inspection system using sensors, with Reject system to catch any products with critical defects, missing product, product in seal, first print from coder, registration mark missing, no registration mark detected, splices detected in top or bottom web rejected.
Reject confirm sensor, stops machine if pack is not rejected.
Air pressure switch stops machine if air pressure is too low.
Solenoid exhausts all connected to manifold to exhaust out of the clean room.
Machine will reject all products that were in hot sealing areas upon stoppages and restart also during inching of the machine.
Date coder signal.
Straight jaw type end sealing for easy opening of packs, dimensions TBC
Sheeter type blades for cutting finished packs, easy to replace when blunt.
Machine will be of Centre Line type, or Datum Edge
Air shaft mandrels fitted for top and bottom material webs.

Double sealing head, the cross seal is sealed twice to help with difficult materials and higher speeds maybe possible, one jaw per shaft.
Remote software access, a modem will be fitted so access to the software can be accessed / enabled remotely for any future modifications via WIFI.
Product collation conveyor, will shingle and gap finished pouches in multiples of 5s 10s etc.
